Our process

A certification process designed for you.

Our certification process is specifically designed to make certification as easy as possible. Of course, tailor made solutions are possible.

Register your craft or component

Use our registration form to fill in some basic information regarding the product you want to certify.

Formulate certification plan.

EMCI Register will contact you to gather further information, issue an obligation free quotation and certification plan. Only if you accept the certification plan will you have to sign a contract with EMCI Register.

Perform inspections.

A EMCI Register lead auditor will inspect your product through one (or multiple) site visits as well as assessing the technical file.

Send to head of certification for validation.

The head of certification will inspect the technical file and assert that the EMCI Register process was correctly applied - in accordance with the four eyes principle. Without approval the product cannot be certified.

Issue certificate.

EMCI Register will send you a digital certificate and the certification process will be completed.
