Ever since the launch of the first RCD, it has taken several years before the concept of 'CE' has become a familiar concept with the yacht builders and consumers. From 1995 I, Jur den Hamer, have been busy with making the subject matter understandable with builders and designers. First under the name "Hamer Expertise & Advies" and, after a great trip around the world, now under the name "Paperboat".
